berries. We were invited to a small neighborhood gathering. Between everyone's vacation schedules, it had been many weeks since we were together to chat about our summer. It was very fun and informal. It was a dessert and wine party. Both of your recipes have been on my radar and it was a perfect time to make them. They were perfect!
I made them both in my ramekins vs. coffee mugs or glass jars. In retrospect, I have tiny Ball Jam Jars that would have been perfect for the goat cheese cheesecakes because it could have allowed more fruit on top. They tasted wonderful. Rec'd many compliments. It was nice to just pick up a ramekin vs have to cut into a pie or cake.
They really were the hit of the party. They were creamy, and not at all sweet. I loved how they are make ahead. The goat cheese is very subtle. I forgot to dust the mocha with cinnamon. (That would have been a nice touch)
Thanks again for keeper recipes! I will definitely be making these again!
Best,
Barb
