GayleMO- Double batched the caramels yesterday and finished them off today.

I used a 15x17 pan and it was perfect. Some I left plain, some I topped with a pecan and most I dipped in dark chocolate and sprinkled with sea salt.

Now I have to find a hiding place for them before DH eats them all!
