Post 3535. Amazingly good and easy and no-fail. I browned the butter for the icing for the white cake and it was great. I made a second choc sheet cake to use for my Julia Child night Bombe aux trois chocolats. I did use my best Italian Pernigotti(I think that's it) cocoa for that one.

 
AngAk, I'm so glad you enjoyed! That's one of the great things - besides the taste, of couse...

Being that they throw together and bake so quickly. Can't tell you how many times I've put one of these cakes together to take to a family in the spur of the moment.
