They reminded me of the same cookie I made probably 30 years ago. The cookies are very cake-like and I made the mistake of stacking the first bunch too soon and they stuck together a bit. I let the rest of the cookies cool completely in a single layer before stacking them on a plate. I was asked for the recipe, so they were good. I used Limeade cuz that's what I had and I couldn't really tell the difference.
