cheese into the sauce, but then I see it's all mixed together anyway. I used Cento San Marzano tomatoes and part skim ricotta. I did drain the tomatoes, have you made it without draining them? I was thinking the juice wouldn't have hurt anything. The juices on the Cento tomatoes is more a puree. Great taste from a few ingredients.
