Yum! That 1/2 eggshell sounds super!
Happy to have another muffin recipe, esp. if you've worked out all the kinks. I made a version
of what you posted earlier but used Kelloggs or somebody's All Bran cuz that's what I had. But I really like the flavour of the orange with the bran. It really is a flavour that needs brightening.
Your additions sound perfect to me. So once our saskatoon tree stops tossing berries at us, I'll make your latest version here. (for now, every breakfast is some variation of freshly-picked saskatoon something)

Marilyn, I loved your description of how you "followed" the recipe
and noted that you "Moyn'd" it. I wondered about that, because I hadn't seen any of her posts and she was such an inspiration when I was at Gail's all those years ago. I searched her name, and realized that she had passed away. Made me so sad. Now I have to look for others that I am missing. This is quite a community, isn't it???
