We've made several of the recipes.

If you're fond of Ma Po Tofu like I am, this is a good recipe. The fish with green onions and cilantro that steams in the oven is Lisa's favorite fish dish of all time. She asks for it as a birthday dish. I'm still working my way through it.

There are also videos of some of the recipes on the Cook's Illustrated site. The son, Kevin Pang, is in charge of digital content at ATK.
