I went chocolate tasting with another chocolatier, this past weekend, and it's taken me about 3 days to shake the effects of so... much... chocolate (and, I expect, sugar). I've started called it a cocoa-coma (easier to say than cacao-coma) and that cake looks like it fits the bill, LOL. Thanks GayR!
