one of four bars in their new line "Intense Dark." This one is 60% cacao with finely ground espresso. I like the fact that the espresso is completely incorporated here, as opposed to many bars that have chopped espresso beans in them, which I find hard to chew, and they interfere with the chocolate texture. The Ghirardelli bar is completely smooth and creamy with a deep, dark taste.
