Gluten free meal?

I have to prepare a gluten free meal (either lunch or dinner) that I can take to a friend's home. It needs to be re-heatable. Any suggestions?

If the weather is still hot, a cold meze of middle-eastern food would work

I love hummus, tabouli (although confirm first what kind of grain they can eat), feta, olives and rice crackers.

just finished the meal with all my allergic relatives

I made CathyZ's Kalua pork and Moyn's marinated chicken. Had lots of a variety of fresh fruit, and fresh carrots and cukes (props to the Farmers market!). Sides were brought by others: a vinaigrette potato salad and a rice salad similar to Sylvia's below. Dessert was sorbet. Hope something works for you -- it's hard to make a meal when feeling limited.
