Made this last night and hubby and I loved it. The idea came from a recent Cuisine@Home magazine but since I didn't have the recipe in front of me I winged it.
Bring a pot of water to a boil. Add the gnocchi and when they float to the top, drain them.
Spray a skillet/pan with cooking spray (or don't -your choice) and add a tablespoon or 3 of unsalted butter (depending on how much gnocchi you have). When the butter begins to brown, add the cooked gnocchi so that they are all laying flat. When they begin to brown, flip them over and let the other side brown (or golden
