Years ago, when I was but a lass of 15 I make a huge box of cream puffs for my sweetie (now my husband) when he was leaving to work in another state. He had never eaten such a delicacy before and ate the WHOLE box on the drive! hehe

Every time I read about cream puffs I think about him! Maybe I should make these for him!

Thanks Gayle. I love how easy cream puffs are and always impressive. I don't even use a pastry

bag---just plop them on the sheet with a big tablespoon. I like the rustic look.
