Sandy, was it an orangey Harvest Moon to you? That's how it looked on our side. Huge & gorgeous.

No Mar, it was milky-way white. "Your" moon sounds much prettier

Sandy, I think Marilyn is on right on the beach. My moon was just like yours,

white and I live on the same side as her. The difference is we live inland, right on the edge of a great big ol swamp known as The Everglades with an abundance of bugs and other creatures. It's a matter of a 20 minute ride to see a orange moon compared to a big white moon. Well, I did see it in the paper the next morning. Does that count?

And after that, I'm sure most of you want to come visit me, right?

Ah, but I live on a tiny island which is a 4-minute drive to the Gulf of Mexico - go figure?

Oh orchid, if only I had some time off. Will have to wait a while until I can get a few days off,

but I'd LOVE to visit you for a couple of days!
