Good grief! That filling for Cyn's Italian Fig Cookies is so good

I'm going to have to hide it from myself in the fridge so I don't eat it all with a spoon before I get around to baking them.

 
Thanks, Melissa! I usually put some of the finished cookies in the outside freezer.

I've been known to put on a hat, boots and a coat to retrieve some at midnight.
