can be cleaved from a tube of frozen dough and baked at 350 for 12 minutes. I'm talking chunks of rock-hard dough hewn from a tube of frozen happiness.

Normal recipe bakes 12 minutes at 325.

Frozen 3/4" thick lumps bake 12 minutes at 350.

Mouth is sighing in contentment either way.

A friend tried the rye chocolate chip cookies from Milk street and said they're really good.
