I belong to the good cook bookclub, forgot to decline the months selection. I haven't forgotten to reply for 2 yrs!! Should I keep it??? Not many pictures and I really seem to pick out most recipes with how great things look!
His recipes are always great and dependable. His instructions are always very thorough and well illustrated when it comes to special techniques but he doesn't typically use a lot of color pictures of the foods.
I had the release date of this one on my calendar so I could grab it up. I haven't made anything yet but several things look really good. He comes to town about once a year to do a class and I missed my first one this past year because it conflicted with my school and I am upset that I missed it. It was from this book.
Whether you keep it or not mainly depends on whether or not you like to bake.
