and such a lovely color. I added 1 tsp vanilla and I left one of the clementines whole for some peel. I accidently added 3 cups of flour(got distracted with the 3 clementines), so I added about 1/4 cup of water and it baked up just fine. I would have added some orange juice, if I had some.
