This makes me so sad. I can remember when Gourmet was THE food mag. I still subscribe and
will miss it. In it's heyday, I had a problem finding a lot of the ingredients called for or felt some of the recipes were just too-too for me, but in the last 25 or so years, I've made many a recipe from it. I hope BA doesn't follow suit.
