I just made a batch of dolma and have left over leaves. Any good ideas about what to do with them - besides more dolma?
Also any thoughts on what brand of bottled leaves to buy. The ones I used were from Turkey and were difficult to use - uneven sizes, some with thick leaves, holes, etc.
