grape leaves

I just made a batch of dolma and have left over leaves. Any good ideas about what to do with them - besides more dolma?

Also any thoughts on what brand of bottled leaves to buy. The ones I used were from Turkey and were difficult to use - uneven sizes, some with thick leaves, holes, etc.

as little appetizers with crostine to spread it on. I keep them in a jar in the fridge and I usually by grape leaves called Krinos from Greece They are pretty uniform in size. They will keep almost indefenetly in the frig.
