grapeseed oil?

recipe for spicy pork in lettuce cups calls for grapeseed oil. Does it have anything distinctive that it would add? Can I use canola oil?

 
Grapeseed oil is a mild tasting oil, and you can sub canola or any other neutral tasting oil.

 
Right on, Meryl. I use grapeseed a lot and it's very neutral. Vegetable oil is a fine substitute
