Well, since you asked, I did.
This is one of those confessions, again. I am not a big fan of cooked fruit. I love to eat fresh fruit, but just about the only fruit I really like when it is cooked is apple or lemon, without the meringue. I tasted the coffee cake, and the streusel and cake part were delicious. I am going to have to start using Splenda for the cherries, because there is just too much sugar in them for my hubby to eat. I am going to try the coffee cake again, using apple pie filling, which I will be making soon enough. Hubby said it was very good, and that he liked it a little too much, hence the Splenda in future pie filling. Thanks again Meryl!
