Great dinner last night, made on a whim to use ingredients I had on hand...

From Cusine Light there was a Korean bulgogi steak recipe. I used to marinate a bunch of little chicken breast pieces and then grilled on the kitchen grill-fantastic!! On the same page with the bulgogi recipe there was a scallion pancake w/ dipping sauce. One pancake made in a 10" pan--can't believe I fliped it without total destruction, LOL!! Then there was a HUGH bag of large spinach leaves in the fridge so I made this spinach sesame recipe from Fine Cooking. It is served cold and oh so delicious. I was really suprised. Only thing is my HUGH bag of spinach cooked down to just a little bit... Looking forward to leftovers tonight smileys/smile.gifhttp://www.finecooking.com/recipes/japanese-spinach-sesame-soy.aspx

I love raw or cooked spinach in just about anything, but not necessarily...

...as a main ingredient.

I have two recipes to try now. Your recipe and Laurie Colwin's recipe for Creamed Spinach with Jalapenos.

Thanks Barbara! This looks really good.
