Great Gravy Whisk! (or potato smasher)

Heather_in_SF mentioned a potato smasher in a post above (see link below).

I just noticed her post and wanted to add that this style masher/whisk is the BEST for making gravy: you can scrape the pan in a circular motion without splashing lots of cooking gravy about.

It's the best for gravy and for stirring any sauce. I thought it was called a French Whisk. I

can't imagine mashing potatoes with mine - maybe mine is smaller.
