Great tips for the countdown...and getting a handle on Thanksgiving.

Thanks Traca. Since I am doing Thanksgiving and Hanukah, the sweet potato pancakes sound great.I do

have to make them in advance - does anyone have tips
on this. I can reaheat in the oven as soon as the turkey comes out.

 
I'd have them portioned & ready to fry. When the turkey comes out, start frying. smileys/smile.gif
