Here's another on ravioli. This is stunning to me. This little boy was just
a figment of my very, very good old friends' imaginations and it seems like 5 years ago. Now he is Exec Chef at a restaurant now known to be one of the best in the world. What a star!

it was classical. ANNOYING! I wonder if they did that purpose so the video can't be copied??
And don't the muffins look like they are being fried, rather than simply "cooked" on a griddletop? That would explain why my corn meal ended up so much harder.

I pretty much dislike all background music in videos, it's rare they get it right...
And did you notice how long they pre-heated the pan? Wow.

That's why you only get 3 of the little suckers! What I was surprised at was how he
covered up those cute plaid ravs with sauce so you couldn't see the plaid that well. He should have just left well enough alone. At some point you just have to stop fiddling with your presentation.
