I made this this weekend and my husband can't stop talking about it. It was SO delicious. I added the grated rind of a lemon and served it on farfale. I also used fresh garlic as I didn't notice that roasted garlic was called for. Anyway, its a restaurant quality recipe and definitely a keeper.http://www.recipezaar.com/186117

Thanks Ellie, this is a compilation of several of my favorites! Would love to see what won 1st, lol

That's what I asked her but no reply yet. Be sure and add the lemon rind though as I suggested.

Ahh, thatnks for reminding me. I just made a note on the copy. Let me know what was 1st if you can.

Can't believe the calories in this.........

Did you see the calorie count on this recipe for one servin? How can that be? That is awful if it is over 1000 calories for one serving. Doesn't seem right.

The calories can't be correct or I wouldn't have made it.

I'm always struggling with the WW CORE program and am aware of caloric content and although this doesn't come near CORE, only the olive oil and Feta are the villains here.

No, I don't think it's correct. A quick google of the oil, shrimp, feta and pasta gives me 650 per

serving, surely the olives and veggies can't make up the diff. Of course, math has never been my area of expertise.
