grill roasted pork loin with tomatillo salsa , last night's dinner

I know this recipe says pork chops, but the one I had printed out used 1 boneless pork loin, about 2 1/2 lbs. The rest of the recipe is the same.

The store didn't have anaheim chiles, so I used serranos.

We really liked it.
