Groom's Cake for the meat n' potatoes kind of guy

Mimi, this looks terrific and I applaud the person who made this. However,

this type of "cake" was featured on Martha Stewarts' TV show sometime last year. She had made it for a childrens BD party. She frosted it with real mashed potato, but I do not remember the decorations she used on top of those. It is a very clever idea, nontheless.

Didn't know people still watched that. ;o))) I sent this to a friend of mine and his comment was..

"been there, done that. I made one just like that for a friend of mine two years ago."

I think they were pease and carrots, Misplaced. I made a cupcake version for my son a

while ago. I think he was a little disappointed when he dove into it, but he ate it just the same!
