This was in a Spanish restaurant and it had broccoli flowerets, corn, chopped red bell, and a bit of carrot. It was not a stir fry, but seemed to be cooked al dente with butter/oil and salt?

Succotash maybe? I've never had it, but that is the word that came to mind.

 
Only vegetables? No starch? I've heard of something like that but it had cous cous

as the main ingredient... hmm, I'll look through some of my ethnic cookbooks. Maybe just a specialty dish by that particular chef at the restaurant?

GREAT dinner... my favorite restaurant in southern California - Casablanca in Venice

YUMMY calamari steaks with Spanish sauces. And no, it had no starches - just the veggies.
