Had dinner at the home of a friend last night. Breaded pork chops and they were really good.

She mixed apple powder in with the panko (something I had never heard of) I asked her where she got it and she couldn't remember. I have found 1 pound bags but I'd like a smaller amount. Any ideas where I could find it. Already googled but found nothing small.
