with the flower still on also my Farmers market how would you cook these. P.S does anyone need some spring onions? Coming out of my ears.

 
Are you seeing garlic scapes or garlic chives?

The scapes are the tops of the garlic plants, and the chives are flat leaves, with a garlic flavor. maybe a hint on blossom on the end?

 
Need to buy a clue. Are you referring to different sections of a plant that's harvested?
