decide between 2 recipes I'd been wanting to try so I cut the brisket in half and made both of the recipes. One is CathyZ's Garlic Beef Two-Fisters (which I did in the oven instead of the crockpot since the oven was already going with the other brisket), and the other is Charlie's Oven Style 'Barbecued' Brisket. The house was smelling really good while the briskets were cooking and leftovers today will be great. Thank you Cathy and Charlie for two keepers.
