I used the German Chocolate Cake recipe's filling for the frosting on the cupcakes, and for the actual cupcakes I used the Deep Dark Chocolate Cake - cupcakes bake in exactly 22 min. SOOOO good... and I could eat the filling/frosting with a spoon.
