think of. Have yet to strike out! Pumpkin pizza, pumpkin tacos, pumpkin spaghetti (with crispy shrimp, no less), pumpkin ketchup.

I've also searched under pumpkin and another flavor. Like pumpkin and mint. HOW do those go together?? In a Pumpkin, Mint, and Feta Cheese Pie, apparently.

Ha! You may be right! For me, it's a tie between this one and the stuffed pumpkin, but hey, they're

all pretty equal in the disgusting category!

 
And 'ware the water chestnuts and cream of mushroom soup. . .

I mean, I like cream of 'shroom soup from a can for certain things but I just ain't gettin' it in this recipe. The stuffing is just a burger "stroganoff" stuffed in a pumpkin, gussied up with some fresh mushrooms and water chestnuts. I think I would rather eat this out of a baking pan, or sauce pan--w/some sour cream and cheese on top!
