Half hour gumbo

We are at the beach with kids and families and I had fixed the half hour gumbo at home to serve last night (first night--everyone arriving). It was sort of unusually good I think because I used some homemade chicken stock from the roast chicken I had made. I added tomatoes, smoked sausage, chicken, ham and shrimp. It was really thickened well with the roux and the okra. Good stuff.
