Review the quantity your recipe calls for and then buy what you need:

Rhubarb = 6 medium stalks = 5-6 cups

Cherries = 1 pound = 6 cups

Raspberries = 6 'one-half pint' baskets = 6 cups

Peaches = 10-12 small or 6-7 large = 5-6 cups

Strawberries = 4 '1 pint' baskets = 6 cups

Apples = 8 small, 6 medium, 5 large = 6-8 cups

Apricot = 10-12 medium = 5-6 cups

Blueberries = 3 'one-pint' baskets = 6 cups

Blackberries = 6 'one-half pint' baskets = 6 cups

Sweet Potato = 1/2 pound = 1 cup
