Sadly it was just a quick weekend, but now I'm on the hunt for cherimoya

Only found it at one produce mkt I called - for $9.99 per lb. Yikes!

(We got them at the Fmrs Mkt when I was in LA for $5 a piece and I thought that was bad.)

Not willing to pay $10 a lb a the local organic produce mart though. Will check out the FM this weekend to see if I get lucky.

Thanks for the info, I've heard great things about the Berkley Bowl over the yrs, but never remembered to stop in while up there. Berkley is about 50 miles from me, so not likely I'll end up there before the end of the season. smileys/frown.gif

I found a local guy selling the trees though. It's a home-based nursery I keep meaning to go check out, this might get me out there to explore.
