We're havng our dinner on Saturday, only 6 adults this time, tiny -

I just collected the turkey and paid a whopping $15 per kilo... $15! ! ! !

It better be the best turkey EVER

 
DH and I are headed to Australia in January. I guess we won't be

finding an abundance of turkey on the menus? ;o) That's one pricey turkey.

I am always amazed at the price of turkeys downuner>>>

We were back last year for Christmas for the first time in about 7 years. My mouth just dropped when I saw the prices for what I thought were the smallest turkeys - they looked more like chickens on steroids smileys/smile.gif. Of course we enjoyed some seafood for Christmas instead - Australia has the best seafood in the world.
