May I add Happy Thanksgiving wishes to all. We will have AngAK and family at our table...

I just can't wait to meet them! I will meld together some of our food traditions with theirs so here is our holiday menu:

Roast turkey
Pork roast and sauerkraut
Glazed ham
Sausage dressing with sage
mashed potatoes & gravy
Sweet/sour braised red cabbage and apples
Green beans sauteed with onion in butter
Cranberry sauce
Fresh pineapple with mint
Pumpkin Pie
Apple Pie
7-Layer bars just in case someone needs chocolate
