Happy T-Day everyone! Sylvia, I made your posting of Marc's Cranberry Sauce. Tasty!

I prepared the recipe as is, but it was too tart. Only THEN did I taste my dried sour cherries and HOLY MOLY! They were more bitter than the fresh cranberries. So I reheated the batch, added an extra 1/2 C of sugar and it's perfect now.
