Very cool! NYC does that during the summer. It is so special! I can't imagine the

thrill of playing overlooking that gorgeous calif view and the hearing the waves.

 
Reminds me of the playhouse in Vancouver - it's open behind the stage

So the audience is facing this amazing scenery as the play begins.

How sad that they wouldn't let it continue due to "permits" - SHEESH!
