has anyone baked with nut flours instead of wheat flour? while Chef's catalog

is offering free shipping I thought I would order the chestnut flour. since I have probs with wheat I hope I can sub nut flours for some of the goodies you all are posting right now, you're driving me crazy with the pastries! '-))

any info would be helpful.

thanks Lucette, the site with the recipes is down at the moment so I'll check it out again.

I think I'm going to order the chestnut flour and experiment. it's much cheaper than the nut flours King Arthur has.

it would just be sooo over-the-top wonderful to be able to make a pastry I can eat without paying dearly smileys/smile.gif
