Has anyone come across a recipe that uses shittake mushrooms stuffed

with a pork mixture (sort of a potsticker-tyoe filling) and lowered into broth and cooked. I don;t know where I saw it, but it sounded really good.

Thanks Gay. I think I might have seen it on a Anthony Bordain episode.

But this one sounds great and I think I will make my hot and sour soup recipe and add the mushrooms to it. I am craving hot and sour soup.
