Crepes a la confiture; orange soufflé crepes; baked Alaska; apricot and pistachio soufflé.

It was a great show. His lifelong friend was cooking with him and they made these look so easy! the baked Alaska was stunning and he just sliced up a loaf poundcake and took 2 pints of icecream and lined them up on a base of poundcake and then slapped the other slices on the ice cream and covered it in the meringue---stunning. His friend said "we don't make this much anymore" and Jacque came back with, "we just did!"

 
I watch Create TV all the time but missed that episode. Create TV is my favorite channel

that includes most of my favorite chef series!

He planted elephant garlic in the garden and then told his friend that he discovered a new fertilizer.

His friend could never duplicate the feat.
