Has anyone else tried the "European-Style Bacon" I am seeing in the market?

It looks a lot like back bacon

that I have had in Ireland, Bermuda and GB.

If you like the bacon flavor without all the fat that our traditional bacon has, then give it a try. It is a bit like a cross between our bacon and Canadian bacon.

 
I was surprised to see my mostly mundane nearby H-E-B carries it, the brand you linked. I think

it would be great for some cooking applications. Thanks for the heads up. The store is so huge and busy I don't do enough exploring.
