Has anyone ever frozen creme anglaise. I'm not wanting to make ice cream with it

but wanted to freeze it last night for reuse. (unfortunately I tasted it and ate the whole thing)

I know I'll make it again and freezing would save lots of time.

 
Yes, I think you are right: Unfrozen custard pies freeze just fine, but cooked, no good.( nt)

ones frozen, no good.
