has anyone ever frozen Loupy's sour cream enchiladas? Wondering how the sauce does

Sorry, not T&T for me. I've frozen/reheated green chili enchiladas with great success.

Can you leave the sour cream sauce off and provide it as an accompaniment?

 
hi marilyn, yes the salsa verde sauce is great, but this is a veloute. i'll have to try it on my>>

I've frozen similar recipes with sour cream and if I remember correctly, the sauce breaks or

looks a little curdled. However, I use Daisy light sour cream. I don't know what full fat sour cream would do. So I wouldn't use light sour cream if that matters to you.

 
i did find reference to similar recipes being frozen, but yes, i use full-fat everything! smileys/smile.gif
