Has anyone ever heard of panco peppers? And what do I use their sauce for? Thx.

I saw (and bought) a jar of panco pepper sauce...

I tasted it, and it's just kinda-hot (not really hot, like I thought it would be), much the same texture as tomato paste. I'm clueless as to what to do with it, but I'll probably just add it to some tomato sauce next time I make Italian.
