a segment last night and today I went on line to further look into the possibilities and it looks good, healthy, no fad eating or pills to take.
I want to take of any excess because of my son Joe's upcoming wedding next year and I have been looking for a safe healthy diet and since I trust Prevention I thought I'd try this diet.
Does anyone have any knowledge or experience with this any thoughts or information would be quite appreciated smileys/smile.gif
