Has anyone heard of "Bull's Breath"?

Was looking at a menu and saw this salad:

"Organic Baby Greens, Popcorn Shoots and Bulls Breath with Pomegranate Vinaigrette"

I've googled and binged it and can't come up with herb, vegetable or anything except a mixed cocktail. Hey maybe that's it, they're making a vinaigrette out of the cocktail.

Anyone know? If not, I'll be eating it on July 20th, so I'll let you know.

I'd assumed that was going to be sprouted popcorn, i.e, tiny baby popcornstalks

I wonder if that isn't a typo for Bulls Blood

which would go along with that type of recipe - or maybe an intentional change to make it sound more palatable.

I'd thought about that as well

since it's obviously a salad green. Was just intrigued if there was such a thing as Bull's Breath since I'd never heard of it. I guess we'll find out what they mean soon enough!
